Made auf Veddel is a non-profit association in Hamburg’s Veddel district, founded to promote the integration of women with a migration background. Traditional craftsmanship - such as knitting and crocheting - is appreciated. The association also provides training – and now also employs men. All production employees still live in the Veddel district. The production ranges from simple goods to complex clothing. Made auf Veddel stands for further education, training, appreciation, creativity and traditional manufacturing techniques. Made in Germany, made for people, made with love.
