A BETTER BLUE has been focusing on sustainability – and already since 2018. In cooperation with our Italian partners we use sustainable materials as well as innovative washing and dyeing methods to reduce the consumption of chemicals, water and energy.
This denim is made of Tencel™ x Refibra™ fibres among others – a technology is applied that produces cellulose fibers (lyocell) from wood and cotton waste. Compared to the production of conventional cotton denims the production of this organic cotton saves a significant amount of fresh water.
In order to better specify the stretch content in our denim items we differentiate four degrees of elasticity: rigid (1/4 - denim without stretch), gentle (2/4 - minimum stretch content), comfort (3/4 light stretch content) and intense (4/4 - high stretch content).
